I came in for a flat tire repair, due to a nail in the tire. There was a line of people when they opened, and they run a lean crew on Sunday so I assumed it would take a while. Krystal was the service advisor and she had a great attitude and was very friendly, and handled everyone well. They were able to get my tire repaired for a great price. I know that Big Brand will do it for free, but I wanted it done earlier and I didnt mind paying. This is a very well run tire shop. Props to Krystal and the team for a great experience.

My spouse and I have been taking our cars to this location for years because they've always done a great job with oil changes and tires. Today I took in my Altima for a synthetic oil change and tire rotation. Jeremy let me know about some other services he recommended. He explained what might happen if I didn't address them soon, but he also did not pressure me to proceed with them immediately, which I appreciated. When he realized that the oil change was going to take a bit longer than expected (they were very busy, and I had an appointment), he offered me a complimentary Lyft home and back so I didn't have to wait in the lobby the whole time. When I picked up the car, I noticed some grease stains in the front of my car that hadn't been there previously, and Jeremy ended up being the one to clean them (he did a great job!). He also offered me a voucher for a free oil change afterwards. I appreciated so much how Jeremy (and his manager, Krystal, who's always nice to talk to) were so customer-service-oriented toward me and the other customers on what was evidently a busy day. Jeremy especially went above and beyond. Someone give that guy a raise!

Krystal was very helpful in answering all my questions. The courtesy ride back to my house was a plus. Jeremy was very courteous in offering a ride to my church; very thoughtful. The mechanic and personnel in the service area were all very helpful and knowledgeable. This was my first visit to Big O and it left a great impression. Thanks Big O Tires!

This was my first time going to this location and the people there were extremely welcoming and overall great staff. Jermey assisted me and reassured me on everything about my vehicle I never once felt clueless or bad about my decisions. He explained their loaning program to me and made sure I knew what I was doing alongside how important it is for my car and I really appreciated that. This was the greatest big o tires I’ve went to. Thank you Jeremy
